Camera Ready Requirements

Congratulations on your acceptance to the MICCAI 2025 Doctoral Consortium! Please follow these instructions carefully to prepare your camera ready manuscript for publication in the Springer LNCS proceedings.

Camera-Ready Report Preparation

Reports must follow a uniform structure:

• Remove white space/page break (if present) after the abstract. Do not put \clearpage after the abstract in case you are using latex.
• Remove the dissertation status from the last section.
• Remove the CV content.
• A latex template for the same is available at the link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_gOVFFK638LmLvxfM-aPxkF533Dq4utk/view?usp=sharing. Please do not change the section names, however you are free to choose subsections as per your style. Main content (including abstract and full report): up to 8.5 pages.
• References: strictly limited to 2 pages (pages 8.5–10.5).

Figures and Tables

• Figures or tables reproduced from other published papers (including your papers) are not permitted, as reports will be published in Springer.
• Authors must rephrase or redraw all figures and tables in their own words and style.

License to Publish

• A signed License to Publish (LtP) form is required. You can download and edit it from this link.
• The form must be signed in ink; digital or scanned signatures are not acceptable.

Final Submission Package (ZIP File)

Authors must submit a ZIP file containing:

• The final camera-ready PDF of the report.
• The signed License to Publish form.
• The latex source files.

Presentation Requirements

Poster

• All accepted reports must also prepare a poster in portrait format.
• Poster preparation must follow the MICCAI poster guidelines.
• Authors must include the Doctoral Consortium logos in their poster design. This logo can be accessed here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wDbKN13SdpwN-xhIPkR1ahj9YaSgu_wS/view?usp=sharing

Three-Minute Video Presentation

• All authors with accepted reports must prepare a 3-minute presentation video to be uploaded to YouTube.
• The MSB and Doctoral Consortium logos must appear on the first slide.
• Only authors invited for oral presentations as part of the PhD Thesis Madness Competition will present their slides in person during the lunch break on the second day of the MICCAI main conference.
• For these authors, the slides used in the in-person presentation may be edited if necessary, although keeping them consistent with the uploaded video is preferable.
